U3O8 Signs Heads of Agreement on Sierra Cuadrada Uranium Project in Argentina: 7th December 2011; U3O8 Limited is pleased to announce that it has signed a Heads of Agreement with Canadian based U3O8 Corp, on the Sierra Cuadrada Uranium Project in Argentina.

Sale of Dawson Hinkler Uranium Project Finalised: 10th December 2010; U3O8 Limited (ASX-UTO) and Toro Energy Limited (ASX-TOE) have executed the Definitive Agreement and Royalty Deed to complete the sale of the Dawson Hinkler Uranium Project.

Walter Berukoff - Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Berukoff is the founder of several large successful mining companies. His mineral enterprises have included transactions with the largest mining companies in the world such as Rio Tinto and Areva, and he has been responsible for the discovery and development of some of the world's most significant deposits.

Having now raised over one billion dollars for global equity projects during his career, Mr Berukoff has solidified his reputation as a leading Canadian financier.

Over the last 30 years, Mr Berukoff has built a solid reputation as a successful mining entrepreneur, merchant banker, real estate developer and financier and has taken an active role in developing and turning-around business enterprises throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Stephen Mann - Managing Director

A geologist with over twenty five years industry experience in mineral exploration and development. Graduated from Adelaide University with Honours and has since worked for Utah Development Company, BHP Minerals Ltd and Newcrest. For the past twelve years, has been employed by Cogema Australia Pty Ltd, firstly as Exploration Manager and subsequently, as Managing Director of its Australian subsidiaries devoted to gold, base metals and uranium exploration and mining.

Director of Energy Resources of Australia Ltd for two years, until April 2005. Alternate director of Energy Resources of Australia Ltd until resigning in October 2005. Former Director of the various Cogema Australia Pty Ltd group of companies.

Stan Macdonald - Non-Executive Director

An experienced Prospector and Vendor, associated with the mining and exploration industries for over twenty years.

Philip Lucas - Non-Executive Director

A corporate lawyer with over 15 years of experience in the mining industry. A founding principal of the law firm Pullinger Readhead Lucas. Previously a partner at a national legal firm. Extensive experience in advising ASX listed resource companies with respect to mining, corporate and governance issues.
