Mr Berukoff is the founder of several large successful mining companies. His mineral enterprises have included transactions with the largest mining companies in the world such as Rio Tinto and Areva, and he has been responsible for the discovery and development of some of the world's most significant deposits.Having now raised over one billion dollars for global equity projects during his career, Mr Berukoff has solidified his reputation as a leading Canadian financier.
Over the last 30 years, Mr Berukoff has built a solid reputation as a successful mining entrepreneur, merchant banker, real estate developer and financier and has taken an active role in developing and turning-around business enterprises throughout the Americas, Europe, Africa and Asia.
Stephen Mann - Managing Director
A geologist with over twenty five years industry experience in mineral exploration and development. Graduated from Adelaide University with Honours and has since worked for Utah Development Company, BHP Minerals Ltd and Newcrest. For the past twelve years, has been employed by Cogema Australia Pty Ltd, firstly as Exploration Manager and subsequently, as Managing Director of its Australian subsidiaries devoted to gold, base metals and uranium exploration and mining.
